Work Life and Culture at LNP

At LNP Audit & Assurance we recently reflected and celebrated our 10-year anniversary. The continual growth of the business wouldn’t be possible without our fearless Directors but also our team spread across Australia and overseas.

During the celebratory month, we took the opportunity to hear from the team about their experiences working at LNPAA and from those that recently moved to Australia and were sponsored by our firm.

We are a specialised independent audit firm and specialise in financial services audits. This specialisation provides the team variety in their work and the relatively flat structure of the business promotes a strong sense of camaraderie. We put great emphasis on promoting flexibility in working arrangements, with the team able to work from home two days per week of their own choosing.

Our culture in the office encourages regular communication and support for all staff, in particular for those who are transitioning into a new environment and culture as well as our recent graduates.

We strongly believe our people are our key asset and are what ensure strong engagements with clients and an exceptional quality of work. We strive to be the benchmark for auditing and assurance globally, as Director Tony Rose says, “providing good work, on time, every time”.
